Before You Arrive
Once you book direct, you’ll hear from our family with check-in details, directions, and answers to any questions about the property or the area. We’re local, so if you want restaurant recommendations or trail suggestions, just ask — we’re happy to help you plan.
Checking In
Most of our properties use self check-in, so there’s no need to coordinate around anyone’s schedule. You’ll get clear instructions ahead of time, and if anything is unclear when you arrive, we’re a phone call away.
What’s Already There
Every MiNorthStays home comes stocked with the essentials: a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed WiFi, and a washer and dryer, so you can settle in like you’re staying somewhere familiar. Select properties also offer lake access, pet-friendly accommodations, and fire pits or outdoor decks — details are listed on each property page so you know exactly what to expect before you book.
During Your Stay
If something comes up during your trip, you’re reaching out directly to our family, not a support queue. We live in the area and can usually resolve questions quickly, whether it’s a maintenance issue or a recommendation for where to watch the sunset.
