Yes. You stay involved in decisions about your property — we handle the day-to-day operations and keep you informed, but it’s still your home.

Our team handles guest messaging, check-in support, and anything that comes up during a stay, so you don’t have to be on call.
Most owners block out personal use dates in advance. We’ll work out an arrangement that fits your plans.
