Located within the well‑regarded Trout Creek Condominiums community, the setting is thoughtfully designed for comfort, ease and elevated relaxation.
Scenic & Outdoor Appeal
The region is a year‑round playground: in winter nearby Nub’s Nob and The Highlands ski areas are minutes away, while summer invites hiking, biking and kayaking along Little Traverse Bay.
With the condos tucked into wooded terrain and overlooking ponds or green space, the ambiance feels private and peaceful yet highly accessible.
Downtown Harbor Springs is small but very charming and easy to explore. Guests often enjoy walking the harbor and marina, browsing local boutiques and galleries, grabbing coffee overlooking Little Traverse Bay, or watching boats along the waterfront.
The Little Traverse Wheelway, a paved trail stretching about 26 miles along the Lake Michigan shoreline, connects Harbor Springs, Petoskey, and Charlevoix and is popular for biking and scenic walks.
The area is also known for golf, with well known courses nearby including Boyne Highlands Resort, Boyne Mountain Resort, and True North Golf Club. Spring is a favorite time to play when courses reopen and crowds are lighter. On Little Traverse Bay, guests can kayak the shoreline, join early season sailing trips, walk the harbor, photograph the waterfront, or book fishing charters as the season begins.

In winter, Nub’s Nob Ski Area is only 10 minutes away, while summer brings opportunities for boating, paddleboarding, and hiking along the bay and nearby forested trails.
Guests typically drive, and parking is plentiful on-site. The location is also convenient for day trips to Petoskey (15 min), Traverse City (45 min), or the Mackinac region (1.5 hrs), making this an ideal base for both relaxation and exploration.
This condo is located on the second level. You will need to climb stairs to be able to access the unit.
The Jacuzzi tub in the upstairs primary bathroom is currently out of order. We want to ensure you’re aware of this prior to booking. The shower, however, has been newly remodeled and is fully functional for your use.
There is also a full bathtub and shower in the second bathroom on the main level.
The outdoor table and chairs on the upper and lower balconies are in storage during the winter months.
There is a garage tied to the unit (labeled for the unit). You can park in the garage or behind the garage. There is also overflow parking throughout the resort.
