Located just outside the charming village of Elk Rapids, this home offers a quieter, more relaxed setting while still being close to everything guests love about Northern Michigan.
Elk Rapids is known for its small-town charm, walkable downtown, and unique location between Elk Lake and Grand Traverse Bay—giving you access to multiple stunning waterfronts within minutes. Spend your days swimming at nearby beaches, grabbing coffee or ice cream downtown, or catching a sunset along the bay.
The surrounding area features a mix of open space, wooded properties, and peaceful residential homes—perfect for guests looking to unwind without the crowds. You’ll also be a short drive from Torch Lake, one of Michigan’s most iconic destinations, as well as Traverse City for dining, shopping, and events.
There is a small driveway that can be used. You can walk to the public lake access, but most other travel will occur with your car.
- Smoking is NOT allowed indoors. Any evidence of smoking inside will result in a surcharge.
- This house is located on a busy road, so please be aware that there will be traffic noise during your stay.
- As fellow pet lovers, we totally understand how special it is to have your furry friend by your side on vacation! Just a quick note: We kindly ask you to follow these friendly reminders while enjoying your stay with us:
- We know it’s tough, but please try to keep your pup off the furniture. This helps us maintain the place for everyone to enjoy. Remember, any extra wear from our furry friends might lead to a little surcharge.
- Please remember to clean up after your pup, whether inside
or outside. It keeps the space enjoyable for all!
- We do have a small natural area on the property but there is not a true “grass lawn”. The yard consists of gravel and a small natural semi grassy area.
