After a day of adventure, return to your private retreat to soak in the hot tub, gather around the fire pit, or enjoy a meal together in the spacious kitchen.

With 10 acres of peaceful surroundings, modern luxury throughout, and room for everyone to spread out, this home offers the perfect balance of relaxation, recreation, and comfort in every season.

Guests will have full access to the home during their stay! There are some locked closets and cabinets with personal items that will not be available.

The garage is available to park in. However, please no parking the snowmobiles in the garage.

Elmira Township / West Lake Drive area — quiet, lake-oriented residential properties with forested lots and access to inland lakes and the Jordan River corridor. Close to outdoor attractions (fishing, kayaking, hiking) and small local dining; Gaylord (regional hub) is the nearest town for groceries, restaurants, medical services and specialty shops. Boyne Mountain is about 15 min away

Private car is the primary way to get around; most guests arrive and use their own car. The area is not very walkable beyond nearby neighbors; expect short rural roads with limited lighting and narrow shoulders. Rideshare coverage is spotty—book in advance from Gaylord. Seasonal recreational vehicles (boats, snowmobiles) are common.

- Smoking is NOT allowed indoors. Any evidence of smoking inside will result in a surcharge.

- As fellow pet lovers, we totally understand how special it is to have your furry friend by your side on vacation! We are excited to welcome your pups. We kindly ask you to follow these friendly reminders while enjoying your stay with us:
- We know it’s tough, but please try to keep your pup off the furniture. This helps us maintain the place for everyone to enjoy. Remember, any extra wear from our furry friends might lead to a little surcharge.
- Please remember to clean up after your pup, whether inside or outside. It keeps the space enjoyable for all!

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and security deposit. We know security deposits are annoying, so to make it easier on you we have 2 options that you can choose between:

Option 1: Damage Waiver ($52) - Have a worry-free stay with coverage for up to $3000 for accidental damage (spills, breaks, mishaps) with no surprise charges. Just relax and enjoy your stay. Coverage up to 10 nights, +$5/day for longer stays, and provided by a third-party insurance company.

Option 2: Security Deposit ($2,500) - Refundable temporary hold that releases after your stay.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it's a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
