Traverse City in fall is something special. The hillsides turn gold and crimson through late September and October, the harvest markets and cider mills are in full swing, and the Old Mission and Leelanau Peninsulas are just minutes away — prime territory for wine tasting, orchard visits, and scenic color drives. Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore is about 35 minutes west, with the Empire Bluff Trail, Pierce Stocking Scenic Drive, and sweeping views of Lake Michigan at peak color.

This condo is part of multi-unit association. Many of the other units are used as short term rentals. The building is surrounded by a mix of other businesses and residential areas.

Traverse City is known as the Cherry Capital of the World, producing around 75 percent of the tart cherries grown in the United States. In spring, orchards across the region fill with blossoms and many farms offer roadside stops for local products. Scenic bike rides pass orchards, waterfront areas, and rolling countryside.

The area also sits between two nationally recognized wine regions, offering many tasting rooms and vineyard views within a short drive.

The downtown district around Front Street offers a mix of local shops, bookstores, coffee shops, bakeries, breweries, and restaurants, along with marina views along the waterfront.

Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore is about a 35 minute drive away and is known for its dramatic Lake Michigan landscapes. Popular spring activities include hiking the Empire Bluff Trail, scenic overlooks along Pierce Stocking Drive, beach walks, and seasonal wildflowers.

There is one designated parking spot in the back of the building (labeled unit 329). There is a bike rack in the front of the building. There are sidewalks and bike paths for the biking enthusiast.

There is 1 designated parking space on the premises. There is parking on the street in nearby residential areas.

Smoking is NOT allowed indoors. Any evidence of smoking inside of the condo will result in a surcharge.

The rooftop area and hot tubs are shared among the community and are maintained by the HOA.

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and security deposit. We know security deposits are annoying, so to make it easier on you we have 2 options that you can choose between:

Option 1: Damage Waiver ($43) - Have a worry-free stay with coverage for up to $1500 for accidental damage (spills, breaks, mishaps) with no surprise charges. Just relax and enjoy your stay. Coverage up to 10 nights, +$4/day for longer stays, and provided by a third-party insurance company.

Option 2: Security Deposit ($1,500) - Refundable temporary hold that releases after your stay.
