A rental agreement will be required to be signed upon a new reservation. Reach out to look at it ahead of time! Lastly, we have a camera facing the door for the safety of our guests and property.

Guests will have full access to the home during their stay! The garage is where we keep all of the water equipment and backyard games. It is available to park in as well, if desired.

This property is located at the end of a quiet dead end street. Please be mindful of neighbors.

Beyond the lake, the surrounding area offers hiking and nature walks along local trails and forest paths. The region is also known as the Golf Mecca of Michigan, with several well known golf courses located within a short drive.

There is a circular driveway available, that will be good for trailers (boat or snowmobile).

- Smoking is NOT allowed indoors. Any evidence of smoking inside will result in a surcharge.

- We can arrange housekeeping services for an additional cost. Please reach out to us if you're interested.

- As fellow pet lovers, we totally understand how special it is to have your furry friend by your side on vacation! Just a quick note: we welcome small to medium-sized pups (up to 50 lbs). We kindly ask you to follow these friendly reminders while enjoying your stay with us:
- Keep your well-behaved dog on a 6-foot leash while exploring our property.
- We know it’s tough, but please try to keep your pup off the furniture. This helps us maintain the place for everyone to enjoy. Remember, any extra wear from our furry friends might lead to a little surcharge.
- Please remember to clean up after your pup, whether inside or outside. It keeps the space enjoyable for all!

- Welcome to our charming older cottage that has kept its character through some lovely updates over the years! We're excited to share this space with you. Before you arrive, there are just a few little things we’d like to mention to help set your expectations:
- Funny Noises: The cottage has a boiler system that sometimes makes quirky noises as the water moves through the pipes. It’s perfectly normal, so there's no need to be alarmed!
- Cozy Bathroom: The second bathroom is a bit snug, so feel free to use the vanity in the bedroom as overflow - we want everyone to be comfortable!
- Door Dynamics: Some of the doors can be a little tricky to close, so don’t hesitate to give them a little extra push! They’ll be just fine.
- Hidden Utility Items: We don't have a utility room, so some of the closets may hold utility-related items (like the boiler and water heater). We promise they’re tucked away safely!
