Guests will have full access to the condo as well as all common areas (i.e. rooftop terrace). You can access our 4th floor condo using stairs or an elevator.

This condo is part of multi-unit association. Many of the other units are used as short term rentals. The building is surrounded by a mix of other businesses and residential areas.

Traverse City is known as the Cherry Capital of the World, producing around 75 percent of the tart cherries grown in the United States. In spring, orchards across the region fill with blossoms and many farms offer roadside stops for local products. Scenic bike rides pass orchards, waterfront areas, and rolling countryside.

The area also sits between two nationally recognized wine regions, offering many tasting rooms and vineyard views within a short drive.

The downtown district around Front Street offers a mix of local shops, bookstores, coffee shops, bakeries, breweries, and restaurants, along with marina views along the waterfront.

Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore is about a 35 minute drive away and is known for its dramatic Lake Michigan landscapes. Popular spring activities include hiking the Empire Bluff Trail, scenic overlooks along Pierce Stocking Drive, beach walks, and seasonal wildflowers.

There is one designated parking spot in the back of the building (labeled unit 450). There is a bike rack in the front of the building. There are sidewalks and bike paths for the biking enthusiast.

Smoking is NOT allowed indoors. Any evidence of smoking inside of the condo will result in a surcharge.

As pet owners ourselves, we know how important it is to bring your small to medium sized pup with you on vacation (Please do not exceed 50 lbs).
- There is a fenced in dog run next to the parking lot. You can see it from your condo window.
- Please keep your well-behaved dog on a 6-foot leash.
- If your dog is an excessive barker, this may not be the place for them.
- Please do your best to not allow your dog up on the couches unless you place a towel or sheet over it.
- Always clean up after them on the outside property.
- Please do not bring the dog(s) on the rooftop (insurance requirement)
